This award recognizes an individual for significant contributions to the arts in Arizona in the areas of arts leadership, support, and/or volunteerism.
Criteria:

• Demonstration of community involvement at a leadership level through significant contributions of financial support, time, advocacy and engagement with the arts and culture in one or more communities in Arizona.
• Demonstration of strong community impact through previous honors, awards and media publications or stories about the nominee.
• Volunteer history and length of involvement.
